Job Description
The Sr. Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining up-to-date records of customer accounts. Key duties include monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end financial reporting. The AR Officer works closely with finance and sales teams to resolve billing issues and maintain positive customer relationships, contributing to the organization's overall cash flow and financial health.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 year's experience in accounts receivable or finance.
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) and in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office application.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
