  • Ensure that all collections are deposited within the day and if not the next banking day to the company's bank account.
  • Ensure that all payments released are fully signed by designated signatories and supported by official documents like Official Receipts with Tin and Vat numbers.
  • Ensure that all dated checks released are fully funded.
  • Ensure that all check vouchers released within a day were properly recorded as paid in the system.
  • Ensure that all paid check vouchers are properly secured and filed.
  • Ensure that all unreleased checks are properly monitored and secured.
  • Ensure that petty cash fund is available as needed.
  • Ensure that petty cash fund are properly accounted for everyday.
  • Ensure that replenishment of petty cash fund are done on a regular basis
  • Ensure that all checks for encashment are done on time and received by correct recipient.
  • Ensure that all payments for utilities, credit cards, bank loans/interest and other urgent expenses are released on or before the due dates.
  • Ensure that all reports are released on time
  • Ensure that all released/paid vouchers are properly filed.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate; background in Accounting or Business is a plus
  • Experience in cashiering, billing, or basic accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of cash handling, payments, and record-keeping
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate with transactions
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
