About the role

Join ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' as a Sales Associate and play a crucial role in driving the growth of our residential sales business. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, showcasing our property listings, and securing successful sales transactions. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers of residential properties
  2. Organise and conduct property viewings, demonstrating the unique features and benefits of each listing
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their queries and concerns
  4. Negotiate sales contracts and handle all necessary paperwork to facilitate smooth transactions
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and regulatory requirements
  6. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably within the real estate industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex transactions
  4. Keen interest in the local real estate market and the drive to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  6. Familiarity with relevant real estate regulations and industry best practices
