We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Lead Generation Manager to support our property acquisition efforts. This role involves connecting with motivated sellers and potential buyers through inbound and outbound communication, qualifying leads, and identifying promising real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, excels at building relationships, and keeps meticulous records of all prospect interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to motivated sellers and potential buyers to generate interest and qualify leads
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospects
  • Gather detailed property information and assess seller motivation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with prospect data and interaction notes
  • Follow up consistently to advance opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps with the business owner
  • Identify property acquisition opportunities that meet business criteria
  • Track lead pipeline and report on outreach results
  • Handle objections professionally while maintaining positive relationships
  • Support wholesaling activities by connecting sellers with potential buyers

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong phone presence and confidence in outbound calls
  • Ability to qualify leads and ask probing questions
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup

  • Experience in real estate, property acquisition, or wholesaling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Understanding of motivated seller psychology and objection handling
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and property evaluation basics
  • Proven track record in lead generation and meeting call targets
