SMDC is expanding its international sales force and we are hiring
Property Investment Managers
who are passionate about real estate, leadership, and helping Filipinos around the world invest in their dream property.

This is a
leadership position
open to those with
real estate sales experience
who want to grow into
team building, international deployment, and high-level selling events
.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor
    Local and International Marketing Partners
  • Conduct training on
    product knowledge, selling fundamentals, and client handling
  • Manage and lead your team toward achieving sales and recruitment targets
  • Build a strong and productive sales network locally and abroad

2. International Sales Deployment

  • Get deployed to
    SMDC International Sales Events
    across the US, Middle East, Asia, and other regions
  • Attend property roadshows, tradeshows, sales rallies, and meet Filipino communities abroad
  • Represent the SMDC brand in international markets and build global client relationships

3. Local Sales Activities & Exhibits

  • Attend
    Mall Exhibits
    ,
    Weekender Selling Events
    , and
    Property Fairs
  • Engage walk-in clients and convert them into buyers
  • Manage onsite sales activities and support your team during events

Qualifications

  • With
    Real Estate Sales experience
    (priority for developers, brokerage, or property investment backgrounds)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to build a team of marketers locally and internationally
  • Open to
    international assignments/travel
  • Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented
