Job Responsibilities


• Establishes and strengthens the broker network of SMDC nationwide and worldwide


• Promotes SMDC properties through advertisements, events, and other effective marketing strategies


• Develops, updates, and maintains an organized client database


• Achieves monthly sales targets and contributes to overall team performance

Minimum Qualifications


• Completed at least 2 years in college


• Preferably with sales experience, especially in real estate


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills


• Good negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively
