About the role

We are seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our client's manufacturing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality components and parts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Load/unload. Ensure every dimension conforms to the customer's requirements as specified in the technical drawing
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components according to the specifications in the technical drawing
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal productivity and product quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation
  • Prepare daily job reports and ensure their correctness
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Machine Shop, or Industrial Technology
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with CNC machine programming, setup, and operation
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve machine and production issues
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
