The Technical Machine Operator is responsible to maintain, improve, repair equipment and act as a back-up Machine Operator.

Scope of Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge and application of technical skills to operate, maintain, improve, and repair equipment
  • Be able to conduct changeovers, basic repairs, and adjustments, and utilize appropriate lubrication regimes
  • Utilize appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for the whole team
  • Reduce costs due to waste and minimize the impact on health, safety, and the environment
  • Conduct required in-line quality checks and ensures that all aspects of Quality within the area of responsibility
  • Create and/ or update machine operation procedures.
  • Promote the development of a highly effective machine operator team through strong communication and leading by example
  • Use performance measures for continuous improvement to identify and prioritize losses in production

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Vocational courses, college level/ graduate
  • With 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Knowledgeable of machines, computers, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • With Technician background is an advantage
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Willing to perform the repetitive task for extended periods
  • Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
  • Willing to Work in Pasig City
