  • Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management or Political Science
  • Strong research, liaison, and written communication skills
  • Relevant experience in legal documentation or land/property management preferred
  • Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City / Southwoods, Laguna

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process title documentation under the Company's name
  • Secure location plans and technical descriptions of landholdings
  • Prepare due diligence reports
  • Maintain and update landholdings masterlist
  • Coordinate with internal departments for land surveys
  • Update Real Property Tax (RPT) records annually
  • Assess taxes and prepare documentation for title transfers
  • Facilitate release of funds and ensure title and tax declaration transfers are completed.
