The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Handle Return and Refund communication function that interfaces with various cross functional teams such as Seller operations, Disputes, Logistics, Payments, etc.
  • Update Warehouse RR case details appropriately. i.e.: Gdoc, Salesforce
  • Ensure accuracy in information when communicating to Shopee users
  • Communicate effectively with team members and Shopee users
  • Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
  • Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of any equivalent course
  • With experience mainly in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time
