About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Project Manager to help drive execution across multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce environment.

You'll be the operational glue between strategy and execution — ensuring projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered on time, every time. You must be fluent in Shopify, Asana, , and Google Sheets, and comfortable managing complex workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and constantly shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, product launches, operational improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build and manage timelines, task assignments, and dependencies in Asana and
  • Track and organize deliverables across stakeholders (creative, marketing, operations, product, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and KPIs in Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate directly in Shopify to monitor product setup, verify collections, and QA new launches.
  • Run effective stand-ups, check-ins, and project updates to keep the team aligned and accountable.
  • Proactively identify blockers, surface issues, and drive solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Standardize and improve internal processes, templates, and communication flows.
