The HR Specialist - Recruitment is responsible of ensuring the staffing needs of the company are met effectively. He/She will manage the end to end recruitment process, from identifying potential hire to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

  • Responsible for screening, recruiting and interviewing.
  • Collaborates with third party provider for manpower requirements. Proactive coordination with the third party provider for manpower requirements.
  • Ensure proper deployment process of new hired employees.
  • Manage and collate pre-employment requirements of candidates.
  • Coordinate for/Conduct Team Member Orientation if necessary.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and database.
  • Prepare 201 file for the newly hired employees.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • With 2 years solid recruitment experience.
  • Preferably with work experience in Food & Beverage or Retail industry but not required.
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Can work as soon as possible.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
