Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. This role involves utilizing BIR systems and accounting software to manage financial accounts, record expenses, and generate detailed reports. Collaborate closely with the Accounting Admin Assistant or Assistant Admin Manager to prepare and review ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded, documented, and summarized in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in financial documentation, record-keeping, and coordination tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
. Strong understanding of financial processes, including data encoding, expense tracking, and generating financial statements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Exceptional accuracy in data entry, report generation, and financial documentation.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem resolution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility in managing priorities.
Willingness to travel for work-related purposes as needed.
