Responsibilities:

The Project Site Nurse is responsible for the health of all employees at the assigned site. He/ She promotes education related to occupational health in compliance to all applicable regulations

  • Maintain accurate an up to date medical records of employees, including compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Monitors medicine supply and condition of medical of medical equipment and ensures availability and functionality.
  • Responsible in reporting and recording of all incidents/accidents.
  • Responsible in ensuring all personnel are issued and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as set down in Safety Manual.
  • Responsible in reporting and recording system for the ill and injured personnel and prepare and submit an annual medical report for the Company
  • Appraise safety and health hazards in the work environment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies
  • Checks the health status of workers and staff who reported to the project clinic for medical consultation.
  • Responsible in maintaining the safety records such Monthly Safety Statistics, Accident/Incident Records, Risk Assessments, PPE Inspection Records, Fire Extinguisher Inspection Record, Safety Audit and Inspection Records, Weekly Man Hours Records, First aid kit consumables and medicine Disbursement Records, Weekly Safety Performance through KPIs, Safety Observation Reports
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of B.S Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse
  • Project Nurse experience is an advantage
  • Preferable with at least 1-year significant working experience in construction. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
  • With training and/or background in standard first Aid and Construction Occupational Safety & Health (COSH) training
  • with good interpersonal skills
  • In depth knowledge health care and maintenance and services
  • Can work with minimum supervision, works well with deadlines and pressure.
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Computer literate
  • willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Laguna: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
