What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting and implementing construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Identifying and resolving construction-related issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all construction activities
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, costs, and schedules

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
