Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our Project Team. The Role involves planning, designing, supervising and managing construction activities to ensure project quality, safety and timely completion. The Civil Engineer will work closely with Project/Operations Managers, Architects, Designers, Contractors and Clients to deliver successful residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Design

  2. Review architectural and structural plans, ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.

  3. Conduct structural assessments and propose engineering solutions when needed.

  4. Site Supervision & Coordination

  5. Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

  6. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
  7. Monitor workmanship quality and verify that construction follows engineering standards and approved plans.

  8. Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates.

  9. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

  10. Conduct inspections for civil works: excavation, foundation, concrete pouring, masonry, finishing, and structural elements.

  11. Ensure materials used on site meet required specifications and standards.

  12. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

  13. Project Documentation

  14. Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as test reports, permits, and method statements.

  15. Assist in the preparation of project schedules, progress billings, and punchlists.

  16. Track project milestones and contribute to project management tasks.

  17. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  18. Attend coordination meetings with clients, architects, designers, and other engineering disciplines.

  19. Provide technical guidance and resolve site issues promptly.
  20. Present technical recommendations and ensure client requirements are incorporated into the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (licensed CE preferred).
  • Minimum 1–5 years experience in construction or engineering (residential, commercial)
  • Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and local building codes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in residential projects.
  • Knowledge in cost estimation and project budgeting.
  • Familiar with quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards.

Project Location: Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Interview Location: Muntinlupa City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month

Education:
