ITE NURSE QUALIFICATIONS1. Education

  • Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate
  • Preferably with background or additional training in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Nursing, or Emergency Response

2. License & Certification

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
  • With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses training (DOLE-accredited)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification (Red Cross or DOH-accredited)
  • CPR and Emergency Medical Response (EMR) training is an advantage
  • OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) membership or certification is a plus

3. Experience

  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a nurse in a construction site, manufacturing plant, or industrial setup
  • Experience in handling medical emergencies, health surveillance, and first aid treatment
  • Familiar with DOLE, DOH, and OSH standards for workplace health programs

4. Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledgeable in:
  • Basic emergency care and first aid procedures
  • Vital signs monitoring and health assessment
  • Incident reporting and medical documentation
  • Health education and counseling for workers
  • Medicine inventory and clinic record management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills with HR, Safety Officers, and Project Managers

  • Compassionate and professional in handling patients
  • Calm and composed in emergency situations
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Has strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and work in a field or construction environment

6. Other Requirements

  • Must have a valid medical clearance to work on-site
  • Willing to work extended hours or on shifting schedules when needed
  • Preferably residing near the project site or willing to relocate

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
