Senior Manager, Brand Gaming

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract gaming customers (mass, premiums, and VIP segments to the property.
  • Strategize and implements campaigns aimed at non-carded (non-member) audiences to drive visitation to the gaming floor.
  • Develop compelling brand messaging, promotions, and property experiences that entice trial and fist time players.
  • Coordinate with events, digital OOH, and PR to create noise and visibility among prospective gaming customers.
  • Lead branding, marketing and communications efforts for new gaming products.
  • Develop campaigns to attract regional high potential markets (Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam) to the property.
  • Work closely with Digital, Marketing Services, PR and events to maximize impact of acquisition campaigns.
  • Use data analytics to profile potential customers and identify high opportunity segments.
  • Optimize strategies based on market response.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10years of experience in brand management, preferably gaming/casino/integrated resort, or hospitality industry.
