BMS Programmer

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Net Pacific, Inc. as a BMS Programmer. As a BMS (Building Management System) Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, configuring and maintaining the building automation and control systems that manage the environmental conditions and energy efficiency of the company's facilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

• Program, configure and troubleshoot the BMS software and hardware to ensure optimal performance of building systems
• Develop and implement custom programming and logic to integrate various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, access control, and fire alarm
• Analyse building automation data to identify opportunities for energy savings and operational efficiency improvements
• Provide technical support and training to building operations staff on the use and maintenance of the BMS
• Collaborate with facility managers, engineers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of all BMS programming, configurations and modifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, industry standards and company policies

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 1 year of experience as a BMS Programmer or Building Automation Specialist
• Proven expertise in programming and configuring various BMS software platforms, such as Niagara, Tridium, Honeywell or Johnson Controls
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and building control systems and their integration
• Familiarity with building automation protocols, including BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
