Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for calls, emails, or chats from Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though some roles accept college-level or vocational graduates.
  • Customer service experience (1–3 years) is often required, especially in e-commerce or tech support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite
