Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calls, emails, or chats from Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though some roles accept college-level or vocational graduates.
- Customer service experience (1–3 years) is often required, especially in e-commerce or tech support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to work onsite
