Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in managing Customer Experience and fostering positive interactions
  • Ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring compliance with content guidelines
  • Previous experience in content moderation is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are an advantage
