What We're Looking For:
  • College Level, Undergraduates, or Graduates
  • 1–2 years of BPO experience (preferably in Billing or Collections)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing
  • Assist customers with loan inquiries, payment schedules, escrow, and interest rates
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Educate customers about mortgage policies and procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolution
  • Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing regulations
  • Meet performance goals on call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
