Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 25 hours/week, Monday- Friday 5 hours per day 10am-8pm GMT ideally but flexible
Weekly strategy meetings required during UK business hours

This position supports a beauty clinic by managing both sales activities and daily administrative functions. We're looking for someone who is organized, customer-oriented, and confident in handling sales interactions as well as clinic operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for clinic services
  • Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into bookings
  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and other relevant channels
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination
  • Keep accurate records of appointments and client interactions
  • Provide operational support as needed
Requirements
  • Strong communication and sales background
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or beauty clinic/medical administration is an advantage
  • A reliable laptop and stable internet connection
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp for client interactions
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
