Job Summary
The Admin for Sales and Client Support will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and client service support to the Sales Team. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales operations, logistics, and client accounts while maintaining accurate records and delivering timely assistance to both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration & Support
- Maintain and update master lists of accounts, sales reports, and performance trackers.
- Monitor and consolidate sales team attendance, call coverage, and productivity reports.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Track and process sales-related reimbursements, allowances, and incentives.
2. Client and Partnership Support
- Maintain communication with key clients, partners, and distributors regarding inquiries and documentation.
- Support client onboarding, product inclusion, and account servicing requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution for timely deliveries and client support.
3. Coordination & Process Management
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Provide support in scheduling meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Assist in monitoring partnership programs and activities.
- Relay updates between management, sales teams, and external stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
