Sales Admin Staff

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

I. DAILY SALES ORDER, PRS, AND COST SHEET PREPARATION ARE DONE ACCURATELY AND COMPLETELY

  1. On-time and accurate processing for Sales Order, PRS, and Cost sheet/s and ensure completeness of data and details needed in processing of the same time

  2. Coordinates and follow ups with AE in-charge regarding details and status affecting processing of Order Sheet/s and related documents

  3. Coordinated with the PPIC in-charge for details and other concerns related to OS contents and communicating the same to all concerned

  4. Coordinates with the PMMD Staffs regarding items

  5. Preparation of weekly/monthly OS Monitoring Report/s and other reports as needed related to OS Processing

II. PROPER MAINTENANCE OF MASTER FILE FOR EACH CLIENT

    1. Maintenance and filing of Masterfile (Order sheet) files for each client with complete documents attached
  • Ensure that files for each client/Masterfile are well kept and accounted for

III. PREPARATION OF WEEKLY/MONTHLY SALES REPORT

  1. Processing of Weekly/Monthly Sales Report per AE per DR

  2. Preparation of PO Summary/other reports related to OS Processing as may be needed

Qualifications Needed

  1. College Graduate preferably Business or Computer Related Course

  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  3. 6 months to 1 year related experience to Data Entry Work

  4. Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  5. Previous experience in SAP B1 is a plus

  6. Computer Literate, can work under pressure, communication skills

  7. Time Management, Teamwork and Keen Attention to detail

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
