The team designs, develops and delivers enterprise service management solutions used by all Vestas employees. And the solutions cover numerous business domains across the company enabling orchestration and work to flow efficiently via ServiceNow platform technology. The design of all solutions is centered around the needs of the people who will use the solutions and around Vestas' strategic objectives and priorities.ResponsibilitiesIn this position you will do a selection of or a mix of:Design and deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform that optimize efficiency and employee experience, streamline business processes, and ensure seamless system integrationCollaborate with stakeholders to create visually intuitive and user-friendly solutions minimizing cognitive load and aligned with business goals. Operationalized via engagement to understand practices and requirements, translating them into features, user stories, and technical tasksManage multiple projects and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, roles, and skills while facilitating the design, development, testing, and deployment of service management solutions on the ServiceNow platformContribute to setting best practices and governance for development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform, avoiding the introduction of technical debt, ensuring a scalable and healthy platform, and innovating with low-code/no-code solutions.Help shaping strategies for delivering enterprise service management solutionsProduce training content and promote adoption to achieve business value in VestasWork in an agile and collaborative development environment enabled via transparency and active participation in scrum practicesQualificationsDegree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 2+ years of experience in service management on the ServiceNow platformHands-on experience with at least three of the following: ITSM Pro, Integration Hub, HR Service Delivery Pro, Workplace Service Delivery, SecOps, App Engine, Employee Center, Next Experience, OTSM, or ServiceNow GenAISolid understanding of solution architecture, service management concepts, and platform lifecycleProven experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into solution designsSkilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaborationProject coordination or agile delivery experienceFluent in English with effective verbal and written communication skillsCompetenciesAs a person you:Have an interest in exploring business processes and practices for a deeper understanding of how systems function in the organizational context and experience designing user journeysAre professional and committed by nature with a solid sense of quality, and include focus on continuous service improvement and optimizations in all you doAre flexible with a can-do attitude and an innovative mindset, and you thrive in an exciting environment with progressive peopleAre self-motivated - you can act on your own.
