Position Title: Logistics Supervisor

Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of products to customers. This position plays a key role in aligning inventory management, order processing, and distribution activities with the company's operational and quality standards—particularly within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the receipt, processing, and dispatch of customer orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and oversee the warehouse, logistics, and sales coordination team — including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; manage stock movement and work closely with suppliers and purchasing to ensure optimal inventory availability.
  • Oversee the procurement of non-trade items and other operational supplies essential for efficient warehouse and logistics functions.
  • Ensure that all warehouse and logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements related to medical devices, food products, and hazardous materials.
  • Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure cost-efficient and timely transportation and distribution of goods.
  • Address and resolve issues or inquiries related to order fulfilment, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfilment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in order management and inventory systems
  • Familiar with supply chain principles and medical device regulations
