RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate all operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and oversee the work of warehouse personnel, including directing, motivating and evaluating team members
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify any discrepancies, and implement appropriate actions to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment via the First In First Out Method (FIFO)
  • Improve, implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is well-organised, clean and safe, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations as applicable
  • Provide regular reports and updates on warehouse operations to senior and or top management
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the warehouse

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced warehousing or logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, order fulfilment and process optimisation
  • Willing to work in any of the below addresses:
