JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Inspect building's structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
  • Perform preventive and proactive building and office maintenance including but not limited to electrical wiring, plumbing, air-conditioning, etc.
  • Coordinate with the 3 party technician whenever necessary.
  • Occasionally travelling to other work sites per request or as instructed.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With active Electrician NCII certificate
  • Must have experience in performing building and office maintenance and electrical wiring.
  • Must know how to drive and with a valid driver's license RC: 1,2
  • Willing to work full time on-site and willing to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
