Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to ensure the proper upkeep, safety, and functionality of office facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic office repairs and maintenance
  • Regularly inspect electrical outlets and wiring to ensure safety
  • Diagnose and fix basic plumbing issues (e.g., leaking faucets, clogged sink drains, minor pipe issues)
  • Use power tools safely and effectively for repair works
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and safety checks
  • Report major repair needs to management

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate / Vocational Course preferred
  • With basic electrical knowledge
  • Experience in using power tools
  • Knowledgeable in basic plumbing and repair work
  • With good time management skills
  • Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
