We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineer to join our Operations Division. The successful candidate will assist in managing the quantity surveying functions for civil engineering aspects of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.

Job Description:

  • Review and validate contractor claims on time.
  • Help control costs by carefully checking claims.
  • Provide timely and accurate assessments of project reports to senior management.
  • Quickly address and resolve quantity surveying issues raised in meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating, with expertise in contract management, quantity takeoff, cost estimating and analysis, and procurement and construction assistance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
