Business Solution Analyst

The 
Business Solution Analyst
 plays a key role in supporting the organization's digital transformation efforts by serving as a technical escalation point during the implementation of IT solutions. This role is primarily responsible for resolving complex issues and enhancing the functionality of existing IT business applications, particularly within the SAP environment.

General Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 
    3 to 5 years
     of solid experience as an SAP Functional Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience in 
    at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects
    .
  • Strong background in 
    SAP FICO
     is a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to both 
    Oracle
     and 
    SAP
     platforms preferred.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in 
    SAP requirement analysis

    cutover execution
    , 
    data migration
    , and 
    data reconciliation
    .
  • Capable of 
    investigating and resolving complex SAP issues
    .
