What you'll be doing

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and controlling human resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labour relations, organizational development, training, performance management, and other related functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among the management and its employees within the mall and the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinance, and the labour Laws of Code.

Educational Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in HR management, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and MS Office applications
  • Understanding of relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
