Role Description

As the Head of Business Development, you will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives to drive business growth and profitability. This full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City involves identifying new market opportunities, managing key accounts, forging strategic partnerships, and developing comprehensive business strategies to realize organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales efforts, fostering client relationships, and analyzing market trends to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Development, Business Planning, and Sales strategies
  • Strong Analytical and Account Management skills
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in market research and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
