JOB TITLE: Strategy & Governance Manager
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTING TO: Human Resources Director
JOB SUMMARY
The Strategy & Governance Manager is a key strategic role within the Holding Company responsible for developing, aligning, and governing HR strategies, policies, and systems across the organization and its affiliates. This position ensures that HR initiatives support corporate objectives, compliance standards, and governance frameworks. The role supervises HRIS & Analytics and Compensation & Benefits functions to enable data-driven decision-making and equitable total rewards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategic plans aligned with business priorities.
- Lead workforce planning and succession strategies across affiliates.
- Governance and Policy Oversight
- Design and enforce HR governance structures and policy frameworks.
- Ensure compliance and consistency of HR policies across all entities.
- Supervision of Compensation and HRIS Functions
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Supervise HRIS and analytics to maintain accurate data and reporting.
- Performance and Risk Management
- Monitor HR KPIs and compliance metrics.
- Conduct internal audits and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Affiliate Coordination and Change Management
- Lead cross-affiliate HR governance meetings.
- Champion change management for strategic HR initiatives.
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs) & KPIs
- HR Strategy Rollout: 100% cascading of strategic plans across affiliates.
- Policy Compliance: 95–100% implementation of standard HR policies group-wide.
- HRIS Utilization: 100% submission of dashboards with ≥90% data accuracy.
- Compensation Governance: Completion of annual salary review cycle.
- Risk Management: All major HR risks documented and resolved within timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in HR with strong exposure to governance, strategy, and analytics.
- Technical Skills: HR strategy, policy development, HRIS management, compensation systems, labor law compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Stakeholder management, negotiation, project management, change leadership.
