JOB SUMMARY:
HR Generalist will implement policies and processes aligned with the business objective of the company covering the functions such as but not limited to hiring, payroll and timekeeping, benefits administration and reporting, employee relation and other HR function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Activate hiring process based on manpower need of each department;
- Endorse shortlisted candidates aligned with qualification and competency needs;
- Conduct series of interviews and required online assessments;
- Make competitive job offer and facilitate onboarding and deployment
- Process and release timely and accurate payroll;
- Ensure compliance to the mandated government remittances and reporting
- Keep the employee engaged by regular implementation of company policies and communicate up to date
- information that is relevant to their tasks and status of employment;
- Manage the disciplinary action process of the company;
- Actively implement and involve employees to various company events;
- Create program that will show the company care for the welfare of employees
- Monitor all new hired employees' performance evaluation during probationary period;
- Process regularization confirmation and apply salary adjustment as approved;
- Conduct the annual performance evaluation exercise for all tenured employees
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
- With at least 5 years work experience as an HR generalist
- Experienced payroll processor and in government reporting;
Skills:
- Familiar with Philippines Labor Law;
- Can draft memos and letters
- Keen to details
- Target oriented
- Organized
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
