Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our flower shop team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with floral selections, processing orders, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. This role requires a passion for flowers, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure that every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting floral arrangements, plants, and gifts that suit their needs and preferences.
  • Handle in-store, phone, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, issue receipts, and handle payments (cash, card, or digital).
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Ensure that product displays, floral arrangements, and shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and receiving deliveries.
  • Keep the sales floor, display areas, and workstations clean and presentable at all times.
  • Support the team during busy seasons, events, or special promotions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail or floral sales is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
  • Willingness to work in Greenhills Mall, San Juan City
