Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to lead the end-to-end development of Nordic's Customer Engagement & Notification System (CENS). You will build secure, scalable solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and modern frontend frameworks like React and , working closely with product, cloud, and integration teams.

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer based in Alabang, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital customer engagement platforms within the IoT sector. Your day-to-day activities will involve architecting scalable backend services using Azure Functions while simultaneously crafting engaging frontend experiences with You will be responsible for integrating complex workflows that connect various enterprise systems-ensuring seamless data flow and personalised user interactions. Working alongside talented UX designers and solution architects, you will help create intuitive digital journeys that set new standards for usability and performance. • Own the complete development lifecycle of customer-facing web platforms, ensuring robust integration between backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Design and extend backend workflows using Azure Functions within cloud-native and serverless environments to deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement complex workflows such as user management, notification orchestration, and integrations with enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop reusable and responsive UI components with a strong emphasis on performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

Your background should include designing secure APIs, implementing authentication protocols like OAuth2, leveraging serverless computing models on Azure infrastructure, and writing clean code in C#. On the frontend side, your expertise should cover building accessible interfaces with supported by modern styling tools such as Tailwind or SCSS. Experience working with event-driven architectures will enable you to design modular systems that scale efficiently. Familiarity with headless CMSs ensures you can deliver highly personalised digital experiences. Your commitment to best practices around SEO optimisation and system security will underpin every solution you develop. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline demonstrating foundational technical knowledge relevant to fullstack development.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing both backend services (especially with Azure Functions) and frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React and within cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, implementing OAuth2 authentication flows, utilising serverless patterns on Azure services (including Service Bus, SendGrid, Blob Storage), and programming in C# for robust backend logic.
• Advanced skills in building responsive UIs using TypeScript combined with Tailwind CSS or SCSS for visually appealing interfaces optimised for accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Demonstrated ability to implement event-driven architectures as well as composable systems that support modularity and scalability across large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with headless CMSs (such as or Sitecore) along with personalisation platforms that enhance user engagement through tailored content delivery.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices coupled with proven techniques for frontend performance optimisation including caching strategies and rendering enhancements.
• Strong focus on delivering secure solutions that are easy to maintain while meeting rigorous scalability requirements across diverse environments.
