skilled and driven Fullstack Developer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain
    efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code
    .
  • Develop, implement, and optimize
    SQL queries
    ,
    stored procedures
    , and
    database solutions
    .
  • Collaborate with development and project teams in an
    agile environment
    .
  • Actively participate in
    agile ceremonies
    such as estimation, standups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Update
    user stories and tasks in JIRA
    to accurately reflect sprint progress.
  • Perform
    defect checks
    prior to release and coordinate with QA to resolve identified issues.
  • Manage
    pull requests
    , handle
    code merges
    , and support
    software release activities
    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    defects raised by QA or customers
    , taking full ownership of assigned issues.
  • Promote a
    culture of excellence
    through transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide
    proactive progress updates
    to customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily service deliverables and ensure timely reporting as required.
  • Support team members by adjusting to workload demands to maintain service continuity.
  • Expand domain knowledge across both
    business processes
    and
    IT practices
    .
  • Stay current with
    technology changes
    , updates, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide
    junior developers and analysts.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.


Core Qualifications and Education

Experience:

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience with
    Microsoft .NET (Core/Framework)
    developing scalable and maintainable applications.
  • 4+ years
    of experience with
    SQL Server
    , including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • 2–3 years of solid front-end development experience
    using

    ,
    HTML
    ,
    CSS
    , and
    JavaScript (ES6+)
    , including modern state management and component-based design.
  • 1+ year
    of
    TypeScript
    experience for building strongly typed and maintainable React applications.
  • 2+ years
    of experience with
    Git
    , including branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
  • 1+ year
    of hands-on
    Agile experience
    working with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of
    software development best practices
    (unit/integration testing, version control, code reviews, clean code).
  • Deep knowledge of
    web fundamentals
    : HTTP, REST APIs, response codes, and API integrations.
  • Solid grasp of
