Position: Sr. Fullstack Developer

Work Mode:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable
    .NET code
    .
  • Develop, implement, and optimize
    SQL queries
    , stored procedures, and database solutions.
  • Build interactive, responsive front-end interfaces using

    ,
    TypeScript
    , and modern state management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
    Agile environment
    , participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Update and maintain
    user stories and tasks in JIRA
    , ensuring sprint progress is tracked accurately.
  • Conduct thorough
    defect checks
    prior to release and work closely with QA teams to resolve identified issues.
  • Manage
    pull requests, code merges, and software releases
    following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and own
    defects and issues
    identified by QA or end users.
  • Promote a
    culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
    within the team.
  • Proactively communicate project updates and ensure timely delivery of service commitments.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Core Qualifications and Education:

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience with
    Microsoft .NET (Core/Framework)
    , developing scalable and maintainable applications.
  • 4+ years
    of experience with
    SQL Server
    , including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • 2–3 years
    of solid

    experience with modern front-end development practices.
  • 1+ year
    of
    TypeScript
    experience for building reliable and maintainable React applications.
  • 2+ years
    working with
    Git
    for version control, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
  • 1+ year
    of hands-on
    Agile/Scrum
    experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of
    software development best practices
    : testing strategies, code reviews, and clean code principles.
  • Deep understanding of
    web fundamentals
    — HTTP, REST APIs, and API integration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
