Fullstack Developer – Web Platforms & System Integration

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to help develop and enhance web-based platforms, particularly the Customer Engagement & Notification System (CENS) — a key customer touchpoint for the organization.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to the development and improvement of customer-facing platforms from both backend and frontend perspectives. You'll work closely with senior developers, architects, and UX designers to design scalable backend workflows, build intuitive interfaces, and ensure secure, efficient integrations across systems.

This role offers exposure to cloud-native technologies, modern frontend frameworks, and collaboration within a global, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Azure Functions and serverless architectures.
  • Contribute to the implementation of workflows such as user management, notifications, and integrations with systems like Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build reusable, responsive frontend components using React, , and TypeScript.
  • Integrate backend services with frontend applications via APIs and personalization tools (e.g., ).
  • Support performance optimization, testing, and documentation across both backend and frontend components.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and senior developers to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in both backend and frontend development within cloud-native environments.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Backend: Azure Functions, RESTful API design, OAuth2, Azure Services (Service Bus, SendGrid, Blob Storage), C#.
  • Frontend: React, , TypeScript, Tailwind/SCSS, and Vercel.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and composable systems.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO, and performance best practices.
  • Experience with headless CMSs or personalization platforms (e.g., , Sitecore) is a plus.
  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and secure code.
