Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • 3 to 5 of working experience in accounting and audit
  • Advance skills on MS Office
  • Proven knowledge on bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices
  • With high attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise.

Job Description

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Transaction Processing: Prepare and process invoices, payments, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile financial transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assures weekly reportorial tasks are performed accurately and in accordance with the departmental goals and standards.
  • Assures monthly BIR compliance are performed accurately and in accordance with BIR regulations and standards.
  • Monthly reports for Chief Financial Officer related to operations review are submitted accurately and give recommendations.
  • Prepares schedules and documentary requirement in preparation and submission of the annual financial reports.
  • Perform tasks related to the delivery of department's goals that may arise from time to time.
