Power Mac Center is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor
to lead our AP team and drive efficient, accurate financial operations.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Oversee company expenses and prepare financial reports for management
  • Train, mentor, and support AP staff on policies and procedures
  • Set and monitor KPIs; conduct performance reviews
  • Maintain complete AP documentation for audit readiness
  • Lead process improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Prepare AP checks, reports, and general ledger entries
  • Manage invoice matching, reconciliations, approvals, and aging
  • Coordinate with vendors and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Verify freight invoices and ensure correct coding
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • At least 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and GL coding
  • Proficient in accounting systems, MS Office, and iWork
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative
