Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk Intern will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records by encoding data into internal systems, verifying information, and supporting administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in data management, documentation, and office operations within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and file digital and physical documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required by the department.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect missing or updated information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to company data protection policies.
  • Support other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
