What is the role that we need?

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into various databases, spreadsheets, or other digital platforms according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during the data entry process.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or challenges.
  • Assist with data cleanup, organization, and maintenance projects as needed.
  • Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Continuously strive to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy through process optimization and skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors or managers to provide updates on data entry progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4 year course
  • At least 2 years of Relevant Experience
  • Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written) B2 CEFR
  • Keen attention to details
  • Able to Multi-Task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Typing Skills of 40 WPM
  • Critical Thinking Skills
