Job Summary:
The Filing Clerk in the Treasury Department is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized physical and digital records, assisting with document management related to financial transactions, bank correspondence, reconciliations, cash management, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the smooth operation of the treasury team by ensuring secure, confidential, and accessible record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems for treasury documents including bank statements, wire transfers, reconciliations, and treasury reports.
- Sort, scan, label, and archive incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation.
- Assist with retrieving and delivering documents to internal stakeholders and auditors as required.
- Ensure document control processes are compliant with company policies and financial regulations.
- Perform regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain logs or databases related to treasury files.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Provide clerical support to the Treasury team as needed (e.g., data entry, photocopying, records disposal, document preparation).
- Support transition to paperless documentation systems, including indexing and digitization of legacy records.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3-6 Months of clerical, filing, or administrative experience; experience in a finance or treasury department is a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,188.15 per month
