Job Description
-Manage day to day posting, engagement, and monitoring of the company's official Meta accounts.
-Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
-Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content aligned with campaign objectives.
-Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
-Support in audience targeting, ad placements, and A/B testing of creatives and messaging.
-Monitor competitors' activities and recommend strategies to improve performance.
-Has a background or knowledge in Meta Ads (Pro knowledge is not a requirement, training will be provided once on boarded)
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and Integrated marketing communications) to align digital marketing activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Atleast 6 months of experience in Social Media Management and Meta Ads
Must have own laptop
Amenable to work onsite in BGC daily
