Digital Marketing Manager – BGC, Taguig | Australian-Based Company

  • Company: Offshore Team (Australian-based company)
  • Location: BGC, Taguig (100% office based – No remote or hybrid options)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: Daytime shifts 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support both external clients and Lynk Global's own marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing Assistant and be responsible for driving growth through online channels.

The role requires a data-driven marketer with expert-level SEO knowledge. You will lead SEO initiatives across websites and content, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, and keep our digital presence current with regular website and blog updates.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Full management of SEO strategy, execution and continuous development.
  • Manage campaign budgets and reporting to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company website with new content, blogs, and images (no coding required).
  • Upload and refresh marketing assets including photos, graphics, and written content.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data insights to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
  • Expert level of SEO knowledge
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, reporting, and optimisation strategies.
  • Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar) for content updates.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects at once.
