Technology Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale technology strategy and transformation programs, guiding clients in designing modern IT operating models, digital roadmaps, and technology governance frameworks.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to client CIOs and IT executives on modernization, digitalization, and transformation programs aligned with business objectives.
- Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies including cloud adoption, data management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure optimization.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs, from business case development and solution design to execution and value realization.
- Lead pre-sales and business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, solutioning, and orals presentations.
- Represent KPMG in bidding and public sector pursuits, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance with firm risk and quality standards.
- Promote the use of emerging technologies, including AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and low-code platforms, in client transformations.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), and Risk Consulting.
- Mentor, coach, and guide consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Contribute to thought leadership and market eminence by developing insights, publications, and speaking at key industry and government forums.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Accountancy, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree, preferred.
- 10 to 14 years of experience in technology consulting, CIO advisory, or digital transformation; ideally within a Big 4 or global consulting environment.
- Proven experience in leading technology strategy or digital transformation programs for large enterprises or government agencies.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, IT operating models, IT governance, and transformation roadmaps.
- Familiarity with Powered Enterprise, Digital Foundations, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and AI/automation ecosystems.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with pre-sales, proposal management, solutioning, and client delivery.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
