We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Digital Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and digitize our insurance operations. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency across consumer and commercial insurance lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer service.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, data analytics, cloud platforms) to enhance business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT, product, and business units to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms.
  • Manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI of transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer expectations to inform strategy and execution.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital transformation, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital tools (CRM, RPA, data platforms, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php180,000.00 per month
